上半年旗艦機皇戰開打，三星S5(如圖)左拼SONY、右嗆HTC。
旗艦機皇戰開打，力拼拍照技，三星S5拍完照再對焦，輕鬆製作散景照片，傳HTC M8搭載雙UltraPixel鏡頭也支援此功能，還可拍3D照片。而SONY Z2搭載與Z1同顆SONY G鏡頭，由於處理器效能升級，新增4K錄影功能；盛傳HTC M8將於月底開賣，三星S5、SONY Z2則要到4月才會上市，推估單機價均約2萬2000元；另三星S5將於下周開放預購，詳細活動待公布。

主按鍵結合指紋辨識，由上往下滑動解鎖，非iPhone 5s按壓感應式，用於線上付款、快開APP等。支援拍完照再對焦，可選擇景淺、景深或是無景深效果，實測拍攝公仔需有前後層次才會顯現效果，否則容易失敗。開啟HDR(High Dynamic Range，高動態範圍)模式，實拍背光下的模特兒臉孔明顯增亮(右圖)。
